The main objective of the NSS are to "serve the downtrodden in the society" and "Personality Development through Community Service". The NSS unit of GATE Educational Institutions" has carried out blood donation camps, Awareness programmes on 'Health and Hygiene', Consumer Rights Environmental Protection etc.Every year On 15th Aug, NSS volunteers participated in Independence Day March-past.
Various technical societies of GATE Educational Institutions namely Computer Association - ACT, Management Association - BOMB and Association of Management (BOMB) conducted a fest called "Mega Fest ".
Our GATE Educational Institutions Computer Association initiated the activity of blood camp.
This cell offers resources, guidance and support for students aspiring for higher studies in India and abroad. Information on Universities, Programmes, Cost of Study, Cost of living, bank loan etc., are some of the services provided by the cell.
Full time Students Counsellor and Faculty Counsellors counsel the students. Counselling is done for weak students to improve their performance and also for the bright students to perform better.
Soft skill training like personality development, communication skills etc., are offered to all students. Career oriented courses are provided in the campus. Periodical reports are sent to the parents and active follow up is done to improve the students performance.
Mr. C. Srinivasan , Mr. D. Praneeth Kumar and Mr. A. Sumanth, heads the IP Cell, in order to encourage the student's creativity and innovativeness in different disciplines of Computers & Technology.
The College has been prompt and generous in recognizing, appreciation and encouraging the meritorious students towards excellence in curricular and extra curricular activities. Cash Prizes, Certificate of Appreciation and Books are awarded for the Students securing first or second rank in every semester or every year or securing centum in individual subjects or for 100% attendance in every academic year.
The purpose of this award is to encourage the students to develop all round personality with consistent academic record having emphasis on extra-curricular activities.
